Position Description:
Individuals will become skilled at using QAI products and will provide customer assistance for each product. In doing so, this individual will provide training for new clients and ongoing assistance for existing clients. This includes introducing the software to clients, assisting clients in research projects and model development, traveling to client sites (domestic and international), and acting as intermediary regarding content issues or query issues that the clients may have over time.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business with at least one course in Computer Science or Advanced Math
  -OR- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Applications with additional course work in Business
• Detail oriented
• Time management skills
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work under deadlines
